EULA - End User License Agreement

LiberOne Licensing agreement. LiberOne, library management is shareware. All the rights of author of LiberOne are exclusive property of author, Pedro-Juan Cuadrado Gómez. Any person can use this program during period of test of 60 days. When finalizing this period of 60 days, if you want to continue using LiberOne, you must buy a license. A single type of license for LiberOne exists: License of USE for a single computer. One usuary buys one license to use LiberOne in a single computer. Once registered, the user obtains a nonexclusive license in order to use LiberOne. The program LiberOne once registered cannot be rented nor left third parties. The version of evaluation of registered LiberOne cannot be distributed freely whenever its content with the exceptions does not modify that they are detailed next: a. No person or company can distribute separated parts of original package without the permission in writing of the owner of the copy rights. b. The LiberOne version shareware registered cannot be distributed nor packed with any other product without the permission by writing of the owner of the copy rights. c. It is prohibited to include keys of registry, generators of keys or any other program nor instructions that allow to use LiberOne of illegal form. THE MANAGER OF LIBRARY LiberOne IS DISTRIBUTED ITSELF “AS HE IS”. IT ARE NOT EXPRESSED NOR IMPLIES ANY TYPE OF GUARANTEE. THE AUTHOR NOT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OF DATA, DAMAGES, LOST OF BENEFITS OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF LOST DERIVED FROM USE OF THIS PROGRAM. You cannot use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, leave, to sell, to modify, to uncompile, to unassambler, to apply none method of inverse engineering or to transfer the licensed program or any part of it, except in the anticipated thing by this license. Anyone of these uses nonauthorized will be in the revocation immediate and automatic of this license and being object of civil and/or criminal persecution. It is not allowed to use nor to apply any method of inverse engineering on the source code of LiberOne, without the permission in writing of author. The keys of registry of LiberOne cannot be distributed, outside the legal control area of the person whom it has bought the original license, without the permission in writing of the author. All the rights nonspecified explicitly in this license are reserved by Pedro-Juan Cuadrado Gómez. To install and to use LiberOne mean to accept the terms and conditions of this license. If you are not in agreement with the terms of this license you are forced to erase the files that compose LiberOne of all its storage devices and to stop using this product.
